The app’s support section, located in the lower right corner menu, helps users find information, solve problems, and get answers from a self-service system.

In this menu, users can also see the conversations they’ve had with the RPay support team. Active conversations will appear in bold and be marked by a red dot.

The support section also contains informative articles and a search bar to help users find relevant information related to certain keywords or phrases.
