RPay is committed to the safe and legal management of all information shared by users. Because the platform handles both personal data and digital information that represents money, users share some responsibility for safeguarding their credentials.

When creating an account in RPay, users must securely safeguard the following data:

• Password to access the app
• Security questions and answers when setting up the account
• 4-digit security PIN

Keeping this information safe, secure, and private will prevent unauthorized access as well as assist the user in re-entering the app should their session be closed for any reason.

The RPay team will never request this information from the user, unless the user specifically contacts the team to recover or change this information. Processes for changing this information are carried out only through the app’s support chat, or by email with the RPay legal team.
