Eligibility¶

By creating an account in RPay and making use of any of its services, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the user agreement, as well as the privacy policy and application of the law policy, acknowledging that they agree to be bound by these agreements and policies.

Currently the app is available to people and institutions located in the supported jurisdictions (Argentina, Barbados, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Equador, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Guyana, Mexico, Honduras, Paraguay, Perú, Panamá, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela*).

By accessing or using RPay, users declare and guarantee that: a) They are not restricted persons or a residents of restricted territories (Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria)

b) They will not use RPay for any illegal activity, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, illegally salvaging data, financing terrorism, or other violent activities.

c) If they are citizens of Venezuela*, they do not work in the oil or gold industries or for the Venezuelan government.

*Service only applies to users registered before 10/08/2022. From this date until now new registers are getting controlled by a waitlist.
