Relocation Framework¶

• If a relocation request is initiated by a team member to move to another country and region, there won’t be changes in the total compensation.

• If a relocation request is initiated by the company and the team member is interested, the Guild Leader must create a business case to explain the importance of relocating that member and check the availability in the guild’s budget after projected expenses to submit the request for approval.

  The Business Partner Squad will analyze the case and provide a new Total Compensation proposal for the member considering the new country/region.
