Our RPay Handbook is a concise reference book, with definitions, rules, and procedures, serving as a framework for administering promotions, compensation increases, severances and other important aspects in the journey of a member in the organization.

The Handbook offers clarity for those who want to see what their compensation might look like when joining RPay and for those who are already a member and would like to know how their compensation might develop over time.
