At Rpay we care about our people, this is why we have created different tools such as the Monthly Feedback to track how every member is doing and address the cases were a member is not performing as expected. However, there will be cases where none of our frameworks will work and as a consequence of that, the company will have to decide to let someone go. For those cases, we have designed a generous compensation for termination policy that will allow the member who was terminated to have conditions that are better than local regulations.
Compensation for termination Policy¶
-
End of trial period: If the company decides to terminate your contract before you complete the 3 months trial, you will be paid in full for those 3 months as if you had worked them. For example: You started providing services on June 1st and the company decides to end your contract on July 31st, you will get one month of salary as a compensation for termination.
-
Up to 6 months in the company: The member will receive 1 month of TC.
- 6 months to 1 year in the company: The member will receive 2 months of TC.
- 1 year to 2 years: The member will receive 3 months of TC
- 2 years and up: The member will receive 4 of TC
-
For L4 and up: Members will receive 4 of TC from the start date (golden parachute policy).
-
Voluntary termination: If a team member decides to leave the company, it is in the Guild Leader’s discretion to grant a compensation for termination.
- Gross misconduct: if your contract is terminated due to gross misconduct then you may be dismissed without a compensation for termination or previous notice.
