RPay is Reserve’s retail facing app for users across the world to have access to US dollar balance. It acts as a marketplace for different currencies that trade back and forth in our platform via a very easy to use interface for scalability. For this marketplace to exist we allow the integration of participants called Independent Liquidity Providers also known as an ILP. These liquidity providers come from different backgrounds and have different structures that allow them to transact US dollar balances with local currencies in their jurisdictions.
In order to scale our global operations we want to create a database for each country of possible independent liquidity providers that might want to transact with our users and offer easy to use access to a stable currency that looks to generate financial inclusion.
We are currently looking to expand our ILP registry in the following countries:
- Argentina
- Chile
- Colombia
- Ecuador
- Guatemala
- Dominican Republic
- Venezuela
