We are an open and transparent company and that statement translates to all of our processes including how we compensate our team. Few companies have this level of openness in subjects like this as it is considered a taboo in the labor market.
Candidates will know the pay brackets for the position they are applying for from the very beginning of the process.

Our Total Compensation package aims to be at a competitive rate for your role, your location, your level, your experience, and your contract type.

All of our compensation is USD based: In some regions, like LATAM, hyperinflation is something our members have to deal with on a daily basis and we want to ensure everyone has a compensation in a more stable currency.

We care about Diversity & Inclusion and having a standardized compensation structure allows us to compensate our team members fairly without subjectivity or bias while we continue to make efforts to hire a diverse team.

We are a learning organization: Increases within the market pay brackets will be based on Promotions.
